OMG I could not wait for this day to come. I was so excited that I was finally gonna get to see my favorite band live for the first time! My best friend and I had had these tickets since the first day they went on sale, and we were both looking forward to the show. We left our town around 4:30, so we could go eat before the show.We arrived at Rupp around 6:15, excited and pumped for the show. We decided to go ahead and try to find our seats before a big crowd arrived. So we went through security and then through the ticket person, and we were in! We found the souveneir stand, and that was the first place I wanted to go. I bought an awesome tshirt and a keychain...that way I will always have the leps w/ me wherever Im at! Ok, then we walk down the hallway trying to find our section, and we stop to look in at the stage. It looked so awesome. We finally found our section, and it turned out, we had freakin awesome seats! We could see the stage great! The show finally started around 7:30 or so, with Ricky coming out and singing some songs off of his new album. He's a really great singer, and man can he play that guitar! Viv came out and played a song with Ricky,I think it was called "Three Sides to Every Story". They were awesome together, and I really like that song after hearing it. Ricky left a little while later, and then I knew it was time for the Leps...I couldnt wait!!! About 45 min after Ricky's set, we heard the opening of "Disintigrate". Everyone stood up and began cheering. I was sooo excited!! Then we saw them. Man did they look great. Joe had on an Abercrombie tank and jeans, and he was pumped for the show. Phil had on a black tank and jeans, but his tank came off a little bit into the show, which was great! Viv had on a white tshirt and jeans, and his shirt came off later as well! Rick had on shorts and a tshirt, and he looked so cute. Then, there was Sav. I am absolutely in love with him, and he looked so fine. He had on a black tank and jeans, and damn was he hot. I was so excited to finally see them all!!! The first few songs were off off of "High n Dry". "Let It Go" sounded really good, as did the other songs. Then they went into "Foolin", and from there, they just mixed up the songs they sang. "Long Long Way To Go" was dedicated to the armed forces. They did the acoustic "Two Steps Behind", and everyone was singing that. Joe was very talkative with the crowd, and we loved it. And, this was like the best part of the night...Joe and Sav both waved at me!!! I was so happy.Joe waved at me like four times... I loved it!! The crowd was psyched when "Pour Some Sugar On Me" was played... every person in the arena was singin to that! Joe introduced Phil, who opened up "Make Love Like A Man", and Viv, who opened up "Four Letter Word". Joe also introduced Rick, which led into "Rock of Ages". Every song they played that night sounded awesome."Rocket" was really great. And they played one of my favorite songs... "Slang"! I was sad to see the show end. I wanted to stay there all night. But I will never forget this night. My best friend loves them now. We are planning on going to see them next month at Kings Island, which Im sure will be an awesome show as well!
